Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance support to our diverse client base. The role requires a hands-on approach and strong technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in relation to service issues.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their service needs.
• Provide expert advice on best practices related to engineering solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting for complex engineering challenges.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Lead by example in upholding company values and customer-centric approach.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Additional qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in field service engineering

• Maintenance Planning

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

• Experience with Automation Systems: Hands-on experience with automation technologies and systems.
