We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decisions. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards for ongoing performance tracking.
• Work closely with the IT department to ensure data quality.
• Provide support in data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs.
• Prepare and maintain data documentation for future reference.
• Contribute to the data strategy by identifying key metrics to track.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from management.
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Facilitate workshops to educate teams on data usage and analytics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
