Actuarial Analyst

Job Description

As an Actuarial Analyst with us, you'll utilize your quantitative skills to develop financial models and forecasts. You will be integral in transforming data into actionable insights, helping to shape the company's strategic direction while collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex modelling and statistical analysis to aid in risk assessment.
• Work closely with IT to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and potential areas for risk mitigation.
• Support training and development of junior analysts.
• Continuously research new tools and technologies in actuarial science.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all analytical outputs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Completion of at least three actuarial examinations is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the actuarial field or data analysis

Technical Skills

• Tableau or Power BI
• Quantitative Analysis

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
