• Monitor and control project progress to meet deadlines.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within engineering processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Materials Science
• Manufacturing Processes

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D Printing technology: Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing processes.
