Responsibilities

• Draft and review engineering proposals for potential projects.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations on job sites.
• Evaluate materials and methods used in construction processes.
• Present project updates and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Implement innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
