Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the improvement of patient care and operational efficiency in our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of healthcare program initiatives.
  • Manage patient experience and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Oversee billing and insurance procedures for patients.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and services.
  • Monitor compliance with clinical guidelines and policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Coordinate with external organizations for healthcare services.
  • Support recruitment and retention of staff in the healthcare setting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Management or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or management role
