Job Description

As a Refrigeration Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing refrigeration systems for a wide range of commercial and industrial clients. Your expertise in troubleshooting problems and maintaining systems will ensure efficient operations in various environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation and setup of refrigeration equipment.
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance checks and ensure optimum performance.
  • Identify issues and implement effective repairs swiftly.
  • Conduct leak tests and document all maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Support clients with technical guidance and problem resolution.
  • Maintain accurate logs of services performed and parts replaced.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skillset and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to improve system efficiency.
  • Assess and recommend necessary upgrades to refrigeration systems.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Refrigeration or related field
  • Trade certification in Refrigeration (advantageous)
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in refrigeration service and repair
