Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects in Port Elizabeth. Your role will involve planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate with teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Engage with clients to clarify project objectives and manage expectations.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
• Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts.
• Utilize project management software to track progress.
• Conduct post-project analyses to identify improvements.
• Develop documentation for project outcomes and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• PMP certification strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects

Certifications

• PMP Certification
