Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves monitoring and defending against cybersecurity threats, managing security protocols, and ensuring the protection of sensitive data. Ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles and experience with security tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and update security policies and procedures.
• Design and implement security programs to protect sensitive data.
• Coordinate responses to security breaches and investigate incidents.
• Provide cybersecurity awareness training for employees.
• Work with external vendors to enhance security tools and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
