Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Consultant to join our Pretoria team. As a Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on tax strategies, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. This role requires a deep understanding of South African tax laws and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tax implications for various business decisions and transactions.
• Create and maintain detailed records of all tax-related activities for clients.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Work on special projects related to tax planning and compliance.
• Identify potential areas of risk for clients and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Enhance our firm's reputation by delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Taxation is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consulting or compliance
