Exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Technologist to contribute to our operations in Durban. You will oversee manufacturing processes and collaborate on projects aimed at optimizing efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to improve production efficiency.
• Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement design changes.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare reports outlining production metrics and performance indicators.
• Serve as a key point of contact between engineering and production departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing role

Languages

• English: Fluent
