Job Description

The Starchmaker is responsible for the production of starch by processing raw materials into a refined product that meets high-quality standards and industry regulations. This role focuses on the entire production process, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot starch production machinery.
• Conduct production audits to ensure adherence to standards.
• Document production activities and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in developing and implementing training programs for staff.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns or production disruptions.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Enforce compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Evaluate production processes and propose enhancements.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams for product testing.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Food Technology or Equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing
