Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end supply chain processes. You will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high quality standards. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will implement best practices to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to distribution.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with suppliers for quality assurance and timely deliveries.
  • Implement and manage inventory systems to optimize stock levels.
  • Coordinate with various departments to solve supply chain issues quickly.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance supply chain processes.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts related to supply chain operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain strategies.
  • Develop training programs for supply chain staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
