Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the design, analysis, and testing of aviation systems. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop aerospace products that meet strict safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects for aerospace systems and components.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project milestones.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to meet project requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support certification processes and compliance audits.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering
