Job Description

Join our team as an Aerospace Engineer at Leading Aerospace Solutions in Pretoria. We are searching for a passionate engineer with a strong background in aerospace design and development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and overseeing the production of aerospace vehicles and systems. Ideal candidates will have experience with CAD software and a solid understanding of fluid dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design processes for aerospace systems.
  • Oversee testing phases and ensure quality control.
  • Analyse data from tests to improve designs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on parts and materials.
  • Lead projects from conception through production.
  • Support the certification process of aerospace products.
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Enhance existing products and processes for better performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering
