Responsibilities

  • Ensure the e-commerce platform is user-friendly and optimally functioning.
  • Leverage analytics to understand customer purchasing behaviors.
  • Work closely with marketing to design impactful promotional strategies.
  • Evaluate competitor strategies and market trends regularly.
  • Conduct A/B tests for website optimization initiatives.
  • Supervise inventory and coordinate product logistics effectively.
  • Enhance customer experience by resolving service issues promptly.
  • Maintain collaboration between marketing and sales teams for brand alignment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
