Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, while also nurturing key client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Recruit and onboard talented sales professionals to strengthen the team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales pipeline effectively.
  • Evaluate competitors and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in sales operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing
  • MBA is a plus

  • 8+ years in sales management or regional sales roles
