Job Description

The Quality Control Engineer is vital in ensuring our products meet the stringent quality standards. This role involves developing and executing quality control processes, overseeing inspections, and working closely with production teams to mitigate defects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives for quality assurance in the production environment.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for product testing and validation.
  • Ensure that manufacturing processes align with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a quality-driven culture.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to upper management.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and innovations in quality control.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address quality issues systematically.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance
  • Master's degree is beneficial
Experience
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in quality management

Languages
