Responsibilities

• Promote health literacy among patients and the community.
• Lead team meetings and contribute to care planning discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare
• Specialization in Family or Adult Health is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years as a Nurse Practitioner

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
