Job Description

Active Life Fitness is on the lookout for a skilled Fitness Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for instructing clients in fitness techniques, providing ongoing support, and helping them set and achieve personal fitness targets. Your contribution will greatly influence their health journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective workout plans for clients.
  • Engage clients through one-on-one training and group sessions.
  • Evaluate clients' fitness levels and track their progress.
  • Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries.
  • Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients.
  • Monitor and adjust training programs as necessary.
  • Organize fitness workshops and events in the community.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and feedback.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Promote a healthy lifestyle through active engagement in fitness-related topics.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Sports Science or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in personal training, with a proven track record
