Responsibilities
Manage daily operations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Implement fitness programs and services that meet the needs of members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Create promotional materials to market the club.
Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance checks.
Prepare monthly performance reports for the Regional Manager.
Mentor and develop team members for career growth.
Organize community events to increase club visibility.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Address member concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
Diploma in Fitness or Health Management is a plus
