We're on the lookout for a skilled Data Analyst to join our passionate team in Cape Town. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions using your analytical prowess. You'll be responsible for data collection, processing, and visualization, ensuring our data-driven strategies achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models using statistical analysis.
• Enhance existing reporting frameworks to improve accessibility of data.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure successful data warehousing.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate BI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance BI processes.
• Prepare documentation and user manuals for BI tools developed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Analysis

Experience

• 4+ years in a BI Analyst position

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
