Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your expertise will help us make informed business decisions. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data dictionaries and documentation for analytics processes.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure data availability for analysis.
• Identify key performance indicators and measure business performance.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from departments across the organization.
• Develop and implement data mining strategies to enhance analytic capabilities.
• Be a mentor to junior analysts, sharing insights and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field
• Master's degree desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics

Certifications

• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
