Job Description

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at Engineering Solutions Ltd., you will engage in all stages of the product development cycle, from initial design to testing and final production. Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings and communicate effectively with project teams.

• Implement design standards and best practices throughout the engineering department.
• Prepare and present design proposals to customers and stakeholders.
• Initiate design changes based on test results and customer requests.
• Stay compliant with environmental sustainability practices in design.
• Assist with quality control and product testing phases.
• Develop and manage engineering schedules and timelines.
• Participate in research and development for new products.
• Document design rationale for design changes and developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design within industry
