Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure structural designs are compliant with legal safety standards.
• Evaluate new materials and construction processes for feasibility.
• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve on-site challenges.
• Conduct detailed inspections and tests on completed structures.
• Document all project stages and engineering analyses.
• Enhance current processes for improved efficiency and safety.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure project success.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on large projects

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Construction Materials
• Building Codes

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer Status

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced software skills: Experience with industry-standard software such as SAP2000 or ETABS.
