Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule engaging posts tailored for different platforms.
  • Analyze audience insights to tailor content effectively.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments to foster community engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and bring innovative ideas to our strategy.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and present to senior management.
  • Work closely with influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
