Job Description

Join our team as a Health and Safety Officer, where you will lead our safety initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. You will develop training programs, conduct safety audits, and promote a culture of safety across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of safety programs and initiatives.
• Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all employees are aware of safety policies.
• Assist in the development of safety training materials.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments to reduce workplace hazards.
• Collaborate with management to enhance safety protocols.
• Report on safety performance metrics and trends.
• Engage with external regulatory bodies as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in health and safety roles, preferably within the engineering sector.
