Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cooling and Freezing Equipment Operator to manage our freezer operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products are stored at optimal temperatures, complying with food safety regulations, while effectively handling inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Operatively control and monitor freezer equipment to ensure appropriate temperatures.
  • Follow safety protocols to guarantee products are stored correctly.
  • Record and label all items in the freezer accurately.
  • Communicate equipment malfunctions to maintenance teams.
  • Participate in team meetings to ensure a collaborative work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety, quality control, and operational processes.
  • Assist in training new staff on freezer operations and best practices.
  • Manage documentation related to food safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Diploma or Certification
Experience
  • Experience in managing a team is advantageous.
