Job Description

As a Panel Edge Sealer, you will be responsible for sealing the edges of panels to meet required standards, operating machinery, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate edge sealing machinery for production runs.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery.
• Implement quality control measures to monitor product specifications.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors to troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures during operations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate
• Technical diploma in manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• Basic experience in a production environment is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Experience with edge sealer machinery
• Basic troubleshooting skills

• Prior experience with edge sealer machinery: Hands-on experience operating edge sealing machines.
