Job Description

The Cloth Stock Sorter will play a vital role in managing the inventory of cloth stock within our manufacturing setting. You will be tasked with sorting, organizing, and ensuring the accuracy of stock records, all while contributing to a high-level efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Organise fabric stock in a manner that enhances accessibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Train new employees on sorting and stock management processes.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of impending requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety and uphold the company's health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with textile fabrics and materials is a plus

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation
• Microsoft Excel

• Physical Stamina
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Inventory Auditing: Experience in conducting inventory counts and resolving discrepancies.
