Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be integral to safeguarding our organization against cyber threats. You'll work collaboratively with IT teams to design and implement security measures while assessing vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols and a passion for protecting data.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive security solutions tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with external partners on cybersecurity strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on emerging cybersecurity threats.
• Implement and manage security awareness training programs.
• Review and update disaster recovery plans to ensure security.
• Generate actionable insights from security data analytics.
• Lead efforts to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
• Participate in incident response exercises and security drills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or similar field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
