We're searching for an experienced Industrial Engineer to enhance operations and increase efficiency in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in process optimization and project management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing production methods and provide recommendations for enhancement.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas of concern.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues.
• Facilitate workshops to engage team members in process improvements.
• Support management in project planning and execution.
• Document and share best practices across departments.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or optimization

Technical Skills

• Lean Methodologies

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP software for manufacturing processes.
