Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural systems using engineering software.
• Review and analyze structures for compliance with building codes.
• Collaborate with architects and construction teams to ensure structural integrity.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and compliance.
• Prepare and present engineering reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Analyze load requirements and assess the performance of structures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Monitor the construction process and address any structural issues that arise.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and advancements in engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Structural Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of progressive experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• 3D Modeling Software

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Collaborative

Certifications

• Structural Engineering Certification (SEC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
