Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dedicated team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing financial performance, conducting detailed analysis, and providing actionable insights to guide business decisions for our finance team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the financial performance of various projects and initiatives.
• Generate periodic financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and recommend strategies for better resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate in preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel
• Financial Reporting

Certifications

• CFA Level II
• CIMA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
