As a Security Guard at SecureGuard Services, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security across various sites. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, ensuring security measures are upheld.
• Implement access control procedures, checking identities and issuing visitor passes.
• Respond to emergencies with a calm and effective approach.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
• Engage positively with clients to improve overall security awareness.
• Observe and report hazards or suspicious activities to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous training opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Security Management program completion is a plus

Experience

• 3 years of experience in security or law enforcement

Technical Skills

• Conflict Resolution
• Report Writing

Certifications

• Crisis Management Training
• SIRA Certificate (Security Industry Regulatory Authority)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to handle security technologies: Experience with alarm systems and access control management.
• First Aid and CPR training: Certification in First Aid and CPR enhances emergency preparedness.
