• Lead and motivate hotel staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Maintain high standards of service and presentation.
• Plan and execute hotel events and functions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements.
• Analyze market trends to enhance competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
• Report directly to the General Manager regarding hotel operations.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for peak periods.
• Facilitate training sessions and professional development for staff.
• Promote a culture of sustainability within the hotel operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Budget Management Expertise in creating and managing budgets effectively.
• Customer Service Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Staff Training Skilled in training and developing hotel staff.
• Sales and Marketing Experience in hotel sales and marketing strategies.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
• Problem-solving Excellent problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
• Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Certification in Hotel Management (CHM)
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Bilingual candidate preferred: Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans is a plus.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting: Experience working in a high-end hotel environment is highly desirable.
