Job Description

Join our team as a Hotel Manager in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for managing hotel operations, leading staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate hotel staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Maintain high standards of service and presentation.
  • Plan and execute hotel events and functions.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements.
  • Analyze market trends to enhance competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
  • Report directly to the General Manager regarding hotel operations.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels for peak periods.
  • Facilitate training sessions and professional development for staff.
  • Promote a culture of sustainability within the hotel operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality
