Job Description

This position requires an experienced Programme Manager who can bring projects to successful completion. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, aligning project outcomes with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of construction tasks.
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers to assess project requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and justified.
  • Lead weekly project meetings with team members to review objectives and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organize and interpret site surveys and studies for construction planning.
  • Utilize project management software to track milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Establish protocols for communication, safety, and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
