Construction Project Manager

Job Description

This position requires an experienced Programme Manager who can bring projects to successful completion. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, aligning project outcomes with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
• Manage project stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee high standards in construction work.
• Review and approve construction schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained prior to commencing work.
• Facilitate communication between clients, architects, and construction teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
