Job Description

Join our team as an Apartment Property Manager! You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our residential properties, focusing on daily operations, tenant interaction, and ensuring the property complies with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the apartment complex, ensuring efficient processes and tenant satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for vacant units.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure all repairs are completed effectively.
  • Engage with tenants to foster a friendly residential community.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets to optimize property performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections to uphold safety and compliance standards.
  • Organize and attend community meetings to promote resident engagement.
  • Handle tenant turnover efficiently to minimize vacancy rates.
  • Ensure all property paperwork is maintained in an organized and compliant manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management or Business Administration
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field
