Responsibilities

• Support the underwriting process for new financial product offerings.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in preparing transaction documents and agreements.
• Participate in client calls and meetings, providing analytical support.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting the finance sector.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or finance
