Responsibilities

• Execute financial transactions and oversee due diligence processes.
• Analyze financial statements and operational data to provide insights.
• Work closely with clients to negotiate and close deals.
• Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast company performance.
• Prepare pitches for potential clients and present to senior management.
• Develop transaction documents and coordinate with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Master's degree in Business or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial advisory or investment banking
