The Collection Teller plays a crucial role in managing and processing all incoming payments and collections. As a detail-oriented individual, you will ensure accuracy and efficiency in cash handling while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Process and document incoming payments promptly.
Support customers with their queries and resolve any issues.
Prepare reports on collection activities for management review.
Liaise with other departments for payment issues and resolutions.
Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

Requirements
Education
Matric certificate
Relevant certification or diploma in accounting, finance, or business is preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar cash handling or collection role
