Job Description

The Student Support Counselor plays a crucial role in overseeing the academic and personal success of students in our educational institution. This position requires a compassionate individual dedicated to providing guidance and support to students facing various challenges.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through their academic challenges and help them create actionable plans.
• Organize group sessions focusing on coping strategies and peer support.
• Work with parents and guardians to address student concerns.
• Evaluate student needs and connect them with appropriate services.
• Monitor student progress and follow-up regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in counseling or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in educational counseling or support services
