As an Investment Banker at our Durban office, you will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies for our diverse clientele. You will engage in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services, ensuring our clients achieve their financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Evaluate and assess the financial risks associated with transactions.
• Create and deliver presentations to potential investors and stakeholders.
• Support the development of marketing materials and client pitches.
• Coordinate with external advisors and consultants as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree or MBA highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking
