Job Description

As an Accountant at Financial Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. You will be responsible for preparing tax returns, managing budgets, and assisting in financial forecasting. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including bookkeeping.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Provide commentary on financial performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Help implement new accounting software systems as needed.
• Conduct training sessions for junior staff.
• Review and approve bank reconciliations.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations.
• Enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of accounting experience, specifically in audit and compliance

• Budgeting

Certifications

• CIMA or ACCA certification
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP or Oracle Financial Systems: Hands-on experience with financial systems implementations using SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with IFRS Standards: Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards is beneficial.
