Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure user satisfaction.
• Establish testing standards and best practices within the QA team.
• Evaluate and recommend tools for better testing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Perform load and stress testing to assess system reliability.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Continuously learn about new testing tools and apply them effectively.
• Document test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
