Project Manager - Construction

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sandton. This role involves managing all phases of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and development phases, aligning with client goals.
• Supervise the daily activities on-site to ensure project adherence to schedules.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Utilize project management software for monitoring and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Support in the development of company standards and protocols.
• Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork.
• Document lessons learned at project completion for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Masters in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience managing construction projects
