As an Architect at Architecture Firm Co., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the built environment of Stellenbosch and beyond. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently while upholding design integrity and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative architectural designs to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with engineers and builders to ensure designs are functional and compliant.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings and models using CAD software.
• Ensure all designs align with sustainable practices and local regulations.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Sustainable Design

Soft Skills

• Creativity

• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect (RA)
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
