Responsibilities

• Lead financial assessment and due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with investment teams on asset allocation.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for transactions.
• Engage in client outreach to expand business opportunities.
• Assess risk factors associated with investment proposals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all transactions.
• Develop insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance is an advantage

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in the investment banking sector
