Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and projections under various scenarios.
• Support the finance manager in budget creation and approval processes.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of financial procedures.
• Research financial trends and economic conditions impacting the business.
• Assist in auditing and compliance activities.
• Work with IT to enhance financial reporting systems.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Mentor junior finance staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
