Low Voltage Technician

Job Description

As a Low Voltage Technician at Electric Solutions, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage electrical systems. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical principles, compliance with safety standards, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low voltage systems, including fire alarms and access control.
• Conduct routine inspections and report deficiencies.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in project planning and execution.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
• Document project progress and any issues encountered.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Assist with any emergency repairs as required.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Electrical Engineering Degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in low voltage systems preferred

• Low Voltage Control Systems

Certifications

• Hazardous Material Handling Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
